A multinational Food and Drinks organisation (whose products you’ll definitely have at home) is on the lookout for a shining star of a Category Manager.

As a Category Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering category objectives with key retailers, ensuring sustained growth. You will act as a category partner to all customers, focusing on a triple win—benefiting the customer, consumer, and the organisation.

This role involves leading category development projects that drive growth through deep insights, effective influencing, and a thorough understanding of retailer processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary category contact for retailers, fostering collaborative relationships to drive category growth.
• Lead and execute category development initiatives that deliver significant growth, leveraging insights and knowledge of retailer processes.
• Utilise category software, including Dunnhumby, Nielsen NIQ, Kantar, and Spaceman, to extract insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and present compelling category strategies and recommendations to retailers, using strong analytical and presentation skills to influence their decisions and achieve mutual objectives.
• Ensure that all category activities align with the client's commitment to delivering a triple win for the customer, consumer, and the organisation.

About You:

• High-level expertise in using category software such as Dunnhumby, Nielsen NIQ, and Kantar.
• Proven experience in successfully leading and delivering category development projects with grocery retailers.
• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to present data-driven insights and effectively influence key stakeholders.
