Category Manager/Vision Expert(Hybrid working - London Office)£500-£650 per day(dependant on experience)

Critical capabilities we are looking for;

Strategic Thinking

• Ability to define long-term goals and develop a roadmap to achieve them.
• Understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Translating data insights into actionable strategies.
• Creativity in identifying growth opportunities and developing new solutions.
• Understanding of shopper behaviour and consumer needs.
• Building strategies that align with retailer goals and enhance the shopper experience.

Category Management Expertise

• Deep knowledge of category growth levers, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and shelf placement.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end category process from strategy creation through to retailer implementation and review.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and omnichannel retail strategies.
• Knowledge of tools and technologies that drive category insights and execution.
• Executing strategy in store and online, digital marketing.

Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset

• Confident in leveraging a range of different insight sources to form a well-rounded category perspective.
• Proficiency in tools like Nielsen, or other analytics platforms.
• Capability to identify trends and opportunities within the category.
• Understanding of how to size and prioritise category growth drivers.
