Elevation Skilled Shop Floor are excited to be working with a fantastic, global business based in the Goole area as they look for an enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join their team. Working Hours: 7.30am - 3.30pmHourly Rate: £11.66 p/hDuties and Responsibilities:

• Food preparation to support production of menu items
• Sandwich and salad preparation
• Counter preparation for service
• Serving customers as required
• Ensure excellent food hygiene practice is observed at all times
• Ensure Health and safety, food safety and COSHH legislation is adhered to at all times
• Report all safety issues
• Ensure the kitchen and storage areas clean and tidy
• Delivery services across site as required
• Pot washing and deep cleans

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in catering
• A good working knowledge of health and safety with safety as a value
• Good communication skills
• Excellent team player
• ‘Can do’ attitude
• Full driving license
• Level 2 Food Safety qualification preferred.
