The Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in cooking and knowledge of food preparation techniques, including catering for large groups
  • Exceptional management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service
  • A thorough understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders
  • The ability to work well under pressure and deliver excellent results in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant qualifications in catering or food safety will be an advantage
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and ensure the timely delivery of ingredients
  • To perform duties as directed by the Area Manager
