If so, then we are looking for a Full Time Catering Manager. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding culinary experience.

• Role: Catering Manager
• Location: SE2, Abbey Wood
• Rate: £15 - £17 per hour
• Hourse: 8:00 - 15:00
• Contract: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Ordering food, looking after stock control and controlling food waste
• Overseeing the efficiency of all catering operations, including managing inventories and implementing action plans
• Managing budgets and successfully meeting financial targets
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams

Ideal Chef Manager will:

• School experience either Primary, Secondary, SEN
• Be passionate about great-tasting food and providing an exceptional service
• Have experience managing teams in a similar role
• Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
• Have an DBS Certificate
