CDD Manager - Wealth Management - MERJE Ltd : Job Details

A leading wealth management firm is looking for a CDD Manager to oversee its Client Due Diligence (CDD) team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a high-impact leadership role, working closely with front-office teams (RM's/ to provide specialist AML guidance and ensure a strong risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the CDD onboarding team across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with AML regulations.
• Act as the key escalation point for high-risk clients and ensure appropriate enhanced due diligence (EDD) measures are in place.
• Lead risk-based decision-making and liaise with senior management on compliance matters.
• Develop and enhance CDD policies, procedures, and training across the business.
• Represent the team in high-risk committees and regulatory audits.
• Provide leadership and mentorship, ensuring the team delivers strong business and client outcomes.
