CDM Advisor - Brandon James Ltd : Job Details

A prestigious, medium sized Consultancy who have steadily grown over decades are looking for a CDM Consultant/Advisor to join their established CDM department. The consultant will have the chance to work on some unique projects as well as a variance across the core sectors. This consultancy has a positive feel to the office, and you will be required in the office 2 days per week with flexible starting times.

The CDM Advisor Role

As a CDM Advisor, you support the Principal Designer working in conjunction with a team of CDM Advisors, Architects whilst you manage all design safety risk for the portfolio you manage.

The Successful CDM Advisor Will Have:

• Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (Preferred).
• Experience: At least 1 years of experience in CDM / Health & Safety roles.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
