CDM Principal Designer - Brandon James Ltd : Job Details

A multi-disciplinary London based Construction Consultancy are looking for a CDM Principal Designer to take on Safety Design consultancy for their clients who reside within the core Construction sectors. The Principal Designer (CDM) will enjoy working in an extremely sociable office in a Hybrid working pattern with 2-3 days working from home. The projects are not only prestigous and vary in size but they are all local to London so the Principal Designer will not have to travel far at any point in this role.

CDM Principal Designer

The CDM Principal Designer will be confident within Design meetings and advises clients effectively across the Residential, Commercial and Educations sectors mostly. The working schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and will work from home Thursday & Friday.

CDM Principal Designer Requirements

• NEBOSH Construction required
• Tech IOSH minimum
• 2 years' experience within CDM Principal Design (preferrable)
• APS (preferable)
