CDM Principal Designer - Brandon James Ltd : Job Details

A consultancy specializing in Construction Design Compliance is looking for a proactive CDM Consultant who has an ambitious attitude. This firm offers a flexible schedule to a CDM Consultant who has a passion for ensuring buildings are built to a high standard.

This opportunity offers high-flexibility and will provide a varied project portfolio spanning the Southeast, allowing for a varied site inspections 2 days of the week, all travel and extras paid for by the company.

The CDM Consultant Role

As Principal Designer, you will oversee a varied portfolio of projects, acting as both Principal Designer and Client Advisor. Working closely with an experienced team of CDM Consultants, you will offer guidance and design safety expertise during client meetings, ensuring comprehensive support across all project stages.

The CDM Consultant Will Have:

• NEBOSH Construction (required)
• Tech IOSH (minimum)
• APS membership (preferred)
• Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
