Restaurant Chef de Partie:

• £30,000 a year
• Straight shifts
• British cuisine - fresh, seasonal and locally sourced food
• Passionate Head Chef who likes his Chefs to bring menu ideas to the table
• 40 hours per week
• Sundays and Mondays Closed
• Tuesday day shift
• Thursday – Saturday Dinner service 6pm – 9pm
• No lunch services
• Closed Christmas
• Free car parking – Birmingham city centre
