Job Description :
- Financial control of UK and US entity including monthly, quarterly and annual PL, BS and CF statements
- Cost control across line items and company units
- 360 degree financial risk management across geographies
- Working with senior team to build and track budget both top line and bottom line
- Cash flow management and optimisation including AP and AR optimisation: overseeing invoicing process, managing outstanding payments, reducing AR position
- Tax management for both UK and US entity
- Prepare for and lead Annual audits process
- Work with head of operations, head of sales, head of HR and other senior roles to provide accurate and relevant KPIs and info allowing them to make well informed decisions
- Manage payroll including bonus process and calculations with HR
- Support international expansion, including assessing new locations/new jurisdictions
- Liaise with and manage relationships with external stakeholders including accountants, auditors, lawyers, etc.
- Support founder with investment strategy and reporting to enhance cash position and overall balance sheet
Salary : 90000 - 130000
