Radley Green is spearheading the search for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a private equity-backed AdTech company with a robust international presence. This company is at the forefront of innovative digital advertising solutions, delivering impactful results for its clients.
Currently on a Buy and Build strategy, the business aims to exit within the next three years and is seeking a PE-savvy CFO with proven expertise in business integration and acquisitions. With a turnover of approximately £20m and an EBITDA of £5m, the company is ambitious and poised for further global expansion through a mix of organic growth and selective acquisitions. They are looking for a dynamic and meticulous CFO to drive this growth and execute their strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s growth, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes, providing actionable insights to the executive team.
- M&A Leadership: Oversee the financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions, from deal sourcing and due diligence to integration, ensuring value creation and strategic alignment.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with private equity investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders, ensuring an optimal capital structure and funding for growth initiatives.
- Risk Management: Oversee risk management strategies, including regulatory compliance, financial controls, and audit processes.
- Global Expansion: Support the company’s global growth by navigating financial complexities across multiple jurisdictions and markets.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- CFO Experience: Proven track record as a CFO in private equity-backed companies. Experience in AdTech or related industries is highly desirable.
- M&A Expertise: Extensive experience leading M&A transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and post-acquisition integration.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
- Financial Acumen: Strong expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with international accounting standards is a plus.
- Professional Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
