Change Communications Consultant - Morgan Law : Job Details

Work for a healthcare organisation as an interim Change Management and Communications (6 months, hybrid, outside of i35, £400 a day & West Sussex).

The Change Management and Communications Consultant will support the HQ office refurbishment project and related changes in workplace policies, including potential adjustments to hybrid working arrangements.

The role focuses on ensuring smooth transitions, engaging stakeholders, and managing change-related communications, training materials, policy updates, and user engagement.

This position requires strong expertise in managing organisational change, communication, and policy development, as well as a sensitivity to employee concerns, particularly regarding hybrid working arrangements, contract changes, and potential impacts on work-life balance.
