Up to £650 per day (Inside IR35)London / Hybrid (2 days per week in London)3 MonthsMy client is a London-based Insurer who require a Change Manager with previous Insurance industry and Technology Project / Programme experience to play a key role on 2 key IT projects.Key Requirements:

• Proven commercial expertise as a Change Manager in the Insurance Market
• Proven experience of working on Technology projects
• Ability to easily understand and articulate the rationale behind intended Change
• Clear methodology and process (ie Prosci) around Change Management
• Understanding of people impact awareness
• ADKAR Model awareness
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement expertiseNice to have:
• Prosci certification
• Immediate availability
• Previous experience of working on large Tech projects / programmes spanning Infrastructure (ie EUC) and Security Change Manger
