Role: Change Manager (ITIL)Contracting Authority: Public SectorContract Length: Until 31/03/2025 - likely extensionLocation: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite in London or GlasgowIR35: Inside IR35Pay Rate: Up to £500 per day via UmbrellaSecurity Clearance: SC Clearance & UK NationalityMinimum Requirement:

• Active SC Clearance
• Change Manager with experience of managing an ITIL change function
• Someone with experience in process development to mature the function
• Knowledge and demonstrable experience working in a Change Management/Enablement function.
• ITIL4 or 3 Foundation.

Desirable:

• Knowledge and experience of working in Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge and experience of project methodologies, i.e. Agile, DevOps and traditional waterfall
