My leading Financial Services client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take responsibility for the Change Management, Application Maturity, and Business Continuity functions within the organisation. This role ensures smooth transitions during technology upgrades, helps drive the maturity of business-critical applications, and supports business continuity through disaster recovery and resilience planning.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing change initiatives, overseeing the lifecycle of applications, and ensuring operational resilience in a high-paced, technology-driven financial environment.

The following skills / experience is essential:

• Change Management, Application Lifecycle Management, and Business Continuity background.
• Build, Release and Deployment experience.
• Incident Management
• Previously worked in Financial Services
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: Up to £140,000 + bonus + package
