Channel Manager - ACS Performance : Job Details

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the business through strategic channel partner relationships. The Channel Partner Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that sales targets are met, and that business growth is achieved. This role requires a strong focus on developing new opportunities, optimising partner performance, and executing business strategies that align with company goals.

Quality Solutions & Sales

The Channel Partner Manager will work closely with the partner management and sales teams to ensure that the solutions provided to channel partners are of high quality and aligned with customer needs. This includes liaising with the operations team to ensure proper scoping, accurate quotes, and the delivery of tailored solutions.

Deliver Exceptional Partner Experiences

The Channel Partner Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners. By working proactively with partners, the Channel Partner Manager will ensure that their needs are met, and that they receive the support and guidance necessary to succeed. The Channel Partner Manager will also ensure that all partners receive exceptional service, creating an environment of trust and collaboration.

ISO & Company Work Instructions

The Channel Partner Manager will ensure that all processes related to partner management comply with company procedures and ISO standards. This includes maintaining accurate records, ensuring smooth execution of partner initiatives, and working with internal teams to address any issues or optimise workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the channel partner network and increase sales.
• Collaborate with the sales, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure partner success and business growth.
• Ensure accurate reporting of partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor KPIs and sales metrics, taking necessary actions to achieve targets and improve performance.
