A leading Commercial Property Consultancy is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham based team! This consultancy has over 30 years' experience advising clients within industrial and retail sectors across the UK, providing quality services to some of the largest PLCs and property owners.

Your duties as a Chartered Building Surveyor include dilapidations, building surveys, schedule of conditions, pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration, project management, party wall awards and reinstatement insurance costs assessments. You will be based in Birmingham, working on fascinating projects across the UK.
