• Inspire Future Chefs: Share your culinary expertise to train apprentices, both in person and online, helping them master key kitchen skills.
• Hands-On Training: Work with apprentices at our renowned Chef Academy, guiding them through a variety of culinary techniques.
• Mentor and Develop Talent: Understand the goals of new apprentices, support their growth, and provide personalized guidance.
• Teach Practical Skills: Help apprentices understand the importance of English and math in kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with Employers: Build strong relationships with employers, offering feedback on apprentice progress and ensuring their development aligns with industry needs.
• Organize Your Work: Manage your schedule remotely, using Google Suite and other tools to ensure smooth training and admin tasks.

We're looking for experienced chefs who are ready to take the next step in their careers by mentoring and developing the talent of tomorrow. You should have:

• Experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or Kitchen Manager.
• A passion for teaching and sharing your knowledge with others.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology for virtual training.
• A desire to help apprentices understand essential English and math skills (with support provided to achieve Level 2 qualifications if needed).
