### Description**About The Role** As a Chef de Partie you will assist the Sous Chef & Head Chef in deliveringthe Butlins food propositions. Responsible for a specified section of the kitchen, ensuring the safepreparation, cooking, and presentation of the dishes, following set recipespecifications and brand standards. Overseeing and managing small teams of commis chefs, You will ensure thedelivery of the food proposition in accordance with food safety policy. Youwill be enrolled on our award winning Butlins Chef Academy to enhance yourskills in a fun and educational environment, helping you progress to moresenior levels. As a Chef de Partie, your responsibilities in this role will be a key factorin our kitchens. You will be deputised in absence of the sous chef, manage,and oversee the daily operations in your own section, ensuring efficiency andcompliance with food safety policies. You will also maintain a clean and organised workstation, always adhering thehealth and safety regulations demonstrating these responsibilities as abehaviour standard to the Commis Chefs you will lead, train and mentor withguidance and support as needed. You will also be expected to prepare and cook dishes with pre-approved recipespecifications, ensure completion of relevant daily food diaries related tothe role and control budget margins with the support of the Head Chef and SousChef.### About YouWe are looking for individuals with experience in a similar level role.
