Tonic are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our client's food led, gastro pub in the Cotswolds. The business is built on sourcing, preparing, and serving the best ingredients with a menu that changes daily with the seasons.Essential qualities for Chef de Partie applicants to be considered:

• 2 years of Chef de Partie experience within fresh food restaurants
• A friendly and professional in their approach, with a great attitude towards work
