We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for cooking and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the kitchen. The position is based in the scenic area of Windsor Great Park, and candidates will need their own vehicle to commute to work.

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
• Assist in the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts.
• Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
• Manage and train any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you.
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
• Oversee and organise kitchen stock and ingredients.
• Ensure a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verify all food products are properly dated and organised for quality assurance.
• Keep cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of best cooking practices.
• Culinary school diploma preferred.
• Must have own vehicle for commuting to the workplace.
