• £28,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience

Responsibilities of Chef de Partie:

• Team player, working closely with the rest of the kitchen team.
• Cooking and working across all sections,
• Assist in the creation of daily changing, seasonal fresh food menu.
• Improving your skills whilst cooking everything from scratch
• Passionate about food and fresh ingredients

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in a premium pub.
• High standards of food hygiene and H&S
