We are looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team. This full-time position offers a flexible work schedule, with hours varying based on kitchen needs and the possibility for overtime.

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your section
• Ensure consistency and quality of food served to customers
• Oversee stock control, including ordering and organizing supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within your section
• Assist with training and developing junior kitchen staff
• Work alongside the team to maintain kitchen efficiency and smooth operations

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to varying hours
• Passion for food and delivering excellent dining experiences
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
