We are seeking a Chef Lecturer & Assessor to join our team on a temporary basis until a permanent member of staff is recruited. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong background as a chef and possess teaching and assessing qualifications.
Day-to-day of the role: - Deliver culinary courses effectively, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Assess students' work and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Develop and update course materials to meet curriculum requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on the progress of students.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to improve course delivery and student outcomes.
