Corporate Title Director You will be joining the TDI Engineering (Field Engineering) group as Chief Architect working to define and execute on firm impacting strategies around our core developer tooling and experience (including externally facing governance and compliance frameworks). You will be working with the group's Chief Engineer and senior leaders to establish the future state landscape for our engineering community.

Your key responsibilities - Designing and executing the architecture and strategies for core developer technology and tooling
- Providing short and long-term plans for strategic Cloud and hybrid governance and deployment solutions enabling our target state
- Overseeing large platform engineering groups to ensure speed and stability of core platforms
- Working with the group's chief engineer to drive engineering focused culture and practice (including product ownership of tooling in this area)
- Supporting and defining risk and control mitigation strategies
Your skills and experience - Hands-on architect with a proven track record of building out developer tooling at scale
- Experienced polyglot developer (full stack)
- Extensive and broad knowledge of the development lifecycle and CICD practices
- Extensive and broad expertise in modern software delivery techniques including engineering practices such as XP and ways of working such as DevOps, agile methodologies and lean as well as continuous improvement techniques and research such as DORA, Noda's DevEx and SPACE
- Proven communication and influencing skills
- Passion and drive to act as a change agent and drive transformation
