The firm are looking to hire a Chief of Staff who will be London based. What the job involvesAs Chief of Staff, you will be a central and connecting figure in supporting the firm's founder, focussed on origination, nurturing their community, and working directly with the executive team. Reporting to the CEO, this role demands someone who can think strategically across potential deal projects and business opportunities and harness the full potential of networking.
  • Attend meetings alongside the founder and project manage next steps with the CEO, investment and operations teams
  • Utilise networking opportunities, and evaluate potential business ventures, including for both non-profit and for-profit initiative
  • Focus on strategic deal origination from thesis setting, through selecting of targets and relationship building
Who we are looking for
  • Experience either in a private markets fund or in a scale up backed by a fund in areas such as business development, strategic operations, or as a previous Chief of Staff is essential
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive approach, adept at time management, prioritisation, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Research-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and nurturing relationships and effectively engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand, connect with, and respond empathetically to people in various interactions
  • Willingness to travel periodically
