We are seeking a dynamic and experienced COO to drive and enhance supply chain processes and the overall efficiency of the business.Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the supply chain team to refine processes and improve stock control and ordering routines, with a particularly strong emphasis on expediting.
• Oversee and optimise the warehouse function along with HSQE across the Company, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
• Work closely with the sales team to enhance forecasting and support operations.
• Provide strategic support to the CEO and to the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to long-term planning and problem-solving.
