FTSE Services Business - Chief Product Officer | London | initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract (with a view to going permanent) | £150,000 salary | Transformation | Build Product Confidence

Working for a Services Business, you will guide them on their journey to a Product mindset - rather than Project and Programmes… transforming the way that they work as a business across a number of different service lines. You'll enable them to transform from a project and programme based approach and get them to a User Experience and User Research - led business with User Centred Design and Data Driven methodology. Your background will be as a Chief Product Officer - in large FTSE Corporates and possibly with some Start-up experience too…

As well as the above the client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills that can engage with stakeholders all levels.

Your background will include:

• Chief Product Officer
• Product function Transformation
• Led real Product Teams
• Built teams of Product Managers

Hybrid - based London (probably 1 day per week in the office)
