Chief Revenue Officer – The Role:
As part of the senior management team, this is a unique opportunity to shape the company’s growth strategy, optimise revenue-generating activities, and drive long-term success.
Working closely with the CEO and wider board to plan, you will lead global sales, retention, customer excellence, and partnerships, executing a go-to-market strategy that ensures sustained business growth.
Chief Revenue Officer – Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales strategy, driving growth with unique offerings and competitive pricing
- Develop a customer retention strategy to enhance loyalty and lifetime value
- Create rewards, incentives, and development programs to engage teams and reduce turnover
- Ensure smooth operations, addressing commercial issues that hinder growth
- Develop Go-To-Market and Product strategies for a seamless, reliable customer experience
- Monitor commercial reporting and KPIs to meet financial targets
- Network and analyse competitors to identify trends and opportunities
- Serve as the lead visionary for revenue generation and commercial strategy
- Represent the brand at key events and exhibitions
- Coach and mentor Sales Leaders to maintain motivation and alignment
- Foster collaboration between Sales and Marketing for effective promotion
Chief Revenue Officer – You:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role within a similar organisation
- Strong understanding of the payment industry
- Track record of building and scaling successful sales teams
- Strong experience managing P&L and budgets
- Expertise in designing and executing GTM and sales strategies
