Childcare Trainer / Assessor - Reed : Job Details

• Salary: £25,000 - £37,000 (DOE)

We are seeking a Child Care, Adult Care or Health and Social Care Assessor who is passionate about supporting learners in the health and social care sector to achieve their apprenticeships.

• Assess and support learners working towards apprenticeships in Child Care / Adult Care / Health and Social Care.
• Efficiently manage your diary to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive documentation on learners’ progress.
• Provide support, advice, and motivation to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
• Identify and overcome barriers to learning, adapting delivery methods to meet individual learner needs.

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Adult Care, Early Years or Health and Social Care.
• Proven experience in delivering apprenticeships.
• Occupational competency in Health and Social Care, with children or adults.
• Proficient level of ICT skills.

• Excellent organisational skills.
• Confidence and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
• Commitment to quality-driven delivery and continuous improvement.
