Job Title: Registered Manager - Children's Home
Location: Huddersfield
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday – Friday)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead Team Leaders and RSWs, overseeing staff induction, training, performance management, duty allocation, shift management, record keeping, budgeting, petty cash, staff deployment, and daily supervision
- Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and anti-bullying plans are updated and reviewed regularly
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good or outstanding
- Demonstrate passion, professionalism, and adaptability
- Deliver exceptional outcomes for children with unwavering honesty and integrity
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role within the residential care sector
- OR at least 2 years as a deputy manager in a role relevant to residential childcare
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Willingness to obtain a Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 2 years (if not already held)
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Proven ability to provide consistent care and support to children, including those with challenging behaviour
- Flexible approach to working patterns, including covering shifts when needed
