Children's Residential Support Worker (RSW) - P4 Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Residential Support Worker to join a well-established team at a 4-bed children’s residential home in East Ham. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in children’s residential care who is committed to making a positive impact on young lives in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, compassionate care to children in a residential setting.Support the individual needs of each child, promoting their safety, well-being, and personal development.Work collaboratively with the team to uphold Ofsted standards, ensuring the home maintains a high standard of care.

Requirements:Previous experience in a children’s residential care setting is essential.NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent qualification.Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and regulations.Passion for supporting young people and helping them reach their potential.
