Location: Hereford

Start date: ASAP

End date: 14 week minimum, likely to be extended

Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00

Hours: Full time (37.5hrs/week)

Job description:

• Working within the Children with Disabilities Teamyou will thrive bringing your knowledge and experience to these face-paced teams. You will work closely with colleagues from multiple professions to ensure that the voice of the child is always heard.

• You will be fully qualified (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent), with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in statutory social care. Confident in managing a complex caseload, and supporting those with additional needs, you will be dedicated to improving the lives of children and families within Herefordshire.

• Accommodation expenses may be covered up to £150 per week
