Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Residential Children’s Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants for a Children’s Service in the Birmingham area. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children/young people in your care. You will provide care and support to residents of Children’s Homes in the Birmingham area. Vacancy details:

• Salary: 11.44 per hour
• Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Support young people through their daily routines
• Act as a role model
• Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
• Following Care plans and Risk Assessments
• Communicating with residents and colleagues

Experience/Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience (UK based)
• Right to work in the UK
• Drivers and non-drivers
• Clear DBS
