Your Role:

As a Children Support Worker, you will:

• Assist and encourage young people in maintaining their personal care routines
• Plan and participate in activities and fun days out to boost social and recreational development
• Provide transportation for young people to meetings, school, appointments, and other activities
• Build and maintain positive and supportive relationships with young people on an emotional level
• Prioritize the safety and security of young people at all times

Requirements:

• Full UK driver’s license (no provisional/international licenses) and access to a vehicle for work
• Warm and bubbly personality to engage with children and young people on their level
• Flexibility in your work life
• Full Right to Work in the UK
• Experience in supporting challenging young people is ideal but not essential
