Christmas & Boxing Day Private Chef, Maidenhead. - Tiger Recruitment : Job Details

Tiger Private is looking for a highly experienced and personable Private Chef to work for a repeat client of ours on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.In this role, the chosen candidate will work within the Principals large home, in Maidenhead (Marlow). The Principals require the Chef to work to serve Christmas lunch at 2 pm and Boxing Day lunch at 12 pm.The clients have specified that they would like the chef to use local or organic produce for the two days, for Christmas day the chef will be expected to cook a traditional English Christmas lunch for 8/9 people. Two of the guests attending have dietary requirements, the chef will be expected to prepare inventive and delicious dishes for these two guests.The Chef should be confident working alone, managing the kitchen, its cleanliness and overall standards to an immaculate condition.For boxing day the clients will be expecting approx. 16 people, and the chef will be expected to cook a buffet-style roast for all family members attending.It is imperative that the hired Chef have their own car and confident catering for large volumes of people to the highest standard.Excellent checkable references will be required along with UK right to work.CL44752Tiger is B Corp Certified.
