Civil / Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Remote - Miller Grace Recruitment : Job Details

An award-winning, flexible Law Firm in Manchester is looking for an experienced Civil | Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a full-time position.

The role is ideal for someone around 1/2 + year PQE who has a background in Dispute Resolution.

You will be responsible for the successful management of civil litigation/dispute matters from inception to conclusion.

The position can be predominantly remote (from home) with office working 1 day a month.

Duties will include:

• Handling a broad range of disputes including property disputes, debt recovery, commercial disputes, employment and contract law
• Assessing and vetting potential new claims
• Dealing with complex and non-routine cases exercising appropriate levels of delegation and risk management
