Civil Litigation Lawyer - James Andrew Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions) : Job Details

We are currently partnering with a London Borough, who are recruiting for a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their growing team on a temporary basis.

This is a full-time position with a negotiable rate and the start date is January.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting advocacy at the Magistrates, Crown and County Court as required on behalf of the Council
• Representing the Council in meetings with other authorities, government departments and other bodies
• Efficiently manage case work in accordance with departmental procedures
• Keep up to date with changes in law, and bringing this to the attention of relevant client departments

The successful candidate must have experience looking at the following Civil Litigation:

• Commercial Property
• Debt Recovery
• Adult Social Care

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week
• They are also open to offering condensed hours
