My client, a well established law firm in the Merseyside area, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their high street law firm. This represents an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded firm.

Prior experience as a Civil Litigation Solicitor with robust knowledge of commercial litigation is crucial. It is also essential to possess outstanding business development skills and to be a strong team player.

• Ideally, candidates should have over one year's experience in Civil Litigation
• Equally open to considering candidates with over 5 - 10 years of experience.
• Capable of managing cases from inception through to completion.
• Skilled in business development and cultivating client relationships.
• Proven success in assisting clients with various issues such as contract disputes, housing litigation, and breaches of contract.
