Job Title: Civil Litigation Solicitor Salary: £40K - £70K DOE and PQE Hours: Full Time. 9-5Location: BournemouthThe firm: Our client is a respected law firm with offices in stunning south coast locations. With a strong emphasis on work-life balance, well-being, and rewarding individual contributions, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your legal careerYour day to day and future:* Manage a caseload of general civil litigation claims, including debt recovery, contentious probate, personal injury, employer liability (EL), public liability (PL), road traffic accidents (RTA), medical negligence, and other general litigation matters.* Handle serious and catastrophic injury claims with a focus on achieving optimal results for clients.* Represent clients in medical and clinical negligence claims, providing expert guidance throughout the legal process.* Offer specialist advice on inheritance disputes and contentious probate cases, ensuring the highest level of client care and legal expertise.
