CladderDaventry, NorthamptonshireTemporary to Permanent£15-£18 per hour (D.O.E)Monday- Friday 7am-5pmOur Daventry based manufacturing client is looking for a skilled and motivated Cladder to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of various types of cladding systems (metal, composite panels, insulated panels, etc.) on industrial and commercial buildings.
• Steel erecting, including the assembly and installation of structural steel frameworks.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Use of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit cladding materials.
• Inspecting and maintaining tools, materials, and equipment to ensure they are safe and in good condition.
• Working at heights using scaffolding, mobile platforms, or other access equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial cladding and steel erection.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools related to cladding and steel erection.
• IPAF/PASMA certification (desirable).
• Comfortable working at heights and in challenging weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
