Claims Account Managers - The Recruiter Specialists Group Ltd : Job Details

Due to expansion of the business, this Insurer is looking to recruit Claims professionals from varied Claims backgrounds.You will be handling and support the handling, of claims across multiple lines to provide a quality-focused claims service across the business and will be responsible for ensuring the effective and prompt settlement of claims.Responsibilities:

• Support the management and set up of cases from first notification.
• Ensure effective and prompt settlement of claims across the business.
• Investigate and negotiate claims within defined authority limits
• Liaise with TPAs, where relevant, and ensure timely and effective management and processing of bordereaux across various lines of business
• Setting of accurate case reserves
• Contribute to high level technical and operational output from Team
• Contribute to a positive and supportive Team culture
• Management of external counsel and experts both locally and internationally
• Promptly handle and resolve all claims enquiries from customers, brokers and third parties.
