Our well established client is looking for a Claims Advisor to join their friendly team. You will be providing a service to clients throughout the company, offering guidance, support and assistance to them.
Once trained, the successful candidate will have the option to work from home up to 3 days a week.
Responsibilities are varied and Include:
- Dealing with enquiries by telephone, email and in person from clients, colleagues and insurers.
- Ensuring customer service levels are maintained or exceeded.
- Ensuring all documentation is accurately produced and distributed to clients.
- Accurately document all instructions/conversations with clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, loss adjusters and other third parties
- To recognise and act upon a client’s insurance needs.
- Negotiate with insurers to provide the best solution for clients
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of client industries, businesses and risks.
- To develop and maintain an good knowledge of the market.
- Ensure daily diary management.
- Ensure excellent verbal and written communication.
- Work closely with the rest of the claims team
