Our client is a seeking a Claims Handler to join their customer service team handling inbound and outbound enquiries.

The role:

• Handling inbound and outbound enquiries from customers
• Offering administrative support with customers extended vehicle warranty claims.
• Help customers locate and book into a suitable repairing garage.
• Help repairers with the claims process

The successful candidate:

• Customer service experience
• Ability to work as part of a close team
• Experience in dealing with inbound calls could be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills.
