What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Validating Claims - Reviewing and verifying customer claims.
• Handling Customer Queries - Responding to daily inquiries from customers through phone, email, and letters.
• Adapting Communication - Adjusting your tone and approach based on the type of customer interaction.
• Following Regulations - Ensuring all claims are processed according to set guidelines and regulations.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

• Must have experience in a call centre environment.
• Good email and phone commication skills.
• Must have been in a customer centric role.
