Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from initial notification to resolution, ensuring thorough investigation and appropriate responses.
- Negotiate settlements within delegated authority, balancing efficiency and fairness.
- Maintain accurate case records on the electronic case management system.
- Report regularly to insurers and ensure adherence to both internal and insurer KPIs and SLAs.
- Proactively manage a caseload to avoid litigation and ensure effective resolutions.
- Identify and report potential risks, supporting the Head of Claims with insights on trends.
- Build strong relationships with insured professionals, insurers, and suppliers.
