Claims Handler - IPS Group : Job Details

Are you a Claims Handler looking to be part of a growing team?

We are looking to recruit a Claims handler in the Manchester area, This is a highly hands-on role in a growing team, where you'll need to be proactive and reactive to clients' needs. You'll manage Fleet, Liability, Plant, and Engineering claims, ensuring incidents are handled promptly and professionally. Responsibilities include gathering evidence, liaising with insurers, and providing ongoing updates to clients. You will also be instrumental in maintaining high service standards, with some face-to-face meetings required.

This role offers a hybrid working and can offer flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a personal caseload of claims within the Construction space
• Proactively address issues and solve problems
• Take a hands on approach to get the claims functions moving
• Managing claims on a cradle to grave basis

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in commercial claims
• Proficiency in Acturis
• Strong organizational skills
