Claims Handler - Reed : Job Details

Claims Handler 

I am looking for a Claims Handler to join a Global Insurance firm based in Chelmsford or Glasgow. 

As an account handler you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure that all claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include: 

• Responsible for handling a portfolio of property & liability claims, from investigation to settlement
• Ensuring company standards are met in relation to all technical and operational policies and procedures
• Liaising with insured, insurers/brokers to achieve a timely conclusion of claims
• Ensuring invoices raised are accurate and timely
• Attend client review meetings

Key Requirements:

• Property claims handling experience with an Insurer or Loss Adjuster etc
• Good customer service, confident and professional manner when dealing with clients
• Have achieved CII qualification or keen to work towards insurance qualifications such as CILA or Cert CII
