Claims Handler
I am looking for a Claims Handler to join a Global Insurance firm based in Chelmsford or Glasgow.
As an account handler you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure that all claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for handling a portfolio of property & liability claims, from investigation to settlement
- Ensuring company standards are met in relation to all technical and operational policies and procedures
- Liaising with insured, insurers/brokers to achieve a timely conclusion of claims
- Ensuring invoices raised are accurate and timely
- Attend client review meetings
Key Requirements:
- Property claims handling experience with an Insurer or Loss Adjuster etc
- Good customer service, confident and professional manner when dealing with clients
- Have achieved CII qualification or keen to work towards insurance qualifications such as CILA or Cert CII
