Your new role

As a Claims Project Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the insurance industry, including brokers, managing agents, and service providers, to develop, adopt, and embed various claims initiatives.

This role involves close collaboration with brokers, DCAs, underwriters, market associations, and service managers. Additionally, you will facilitate training sessions, system demonstrations, and continuous process and technology improvements to enhance the service on a global scale.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you will need excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. A 'right first time' approach to work is essential, along with exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, resilience, and problem-solving skills are critical. You should be able to adapt to a constantly changing environment and possess subject matter expertise in Delegated Authority claims processes, business change implementation, and knowledge of core industry systems.
